Flat Stanley visits Tennessee

So our friend Micah, whom we met while on internship, is in the 3rd grade at Clearview Elementary School. His class read the book Flat Stanley by Jeff Brown. Micah sent Stanley to visit us here in Tennessee. We had a wonderful time with Stanley, and I made a mini scrapbook to send back with Stanley to tell Micah and his class about the fun we had. (Click here to find out more about Flat Stanley from Wikipedia.)

This album was super easy! I used Night of Navy & Old Olive card stock for the base pages. Elements from old Simply Scrappin' Kits and Quick Strips made up the page accents. The cover is two pieces of chipboard from our On Board Book Basics Small. I did all the journaling on the computer and sponged the edges of each journaling block with navy or olive classic ink. The Crop-A-Dile made punching holes to assemble the album a cinch, and I used Old Olive Polly-Twill ribbon for the "binding."

Sweet wishes!
